Parma Calcio is close to selling Botond Balogh to Kocaelispor. The Hungarian defender was taken on loan in September 2025 and his positive performances have convinced the Turkish club to focus on the player. Balogh's contract expires in June 2027 and Parma is asking for 3 million euros for his transfer. Kocaelispor has offered around half, but the two clubs are in contact to close the deal. Balogh, who has been injured, has already given his consent to stay in the Turkish Super Lig, convinced by the technical project of coach Selçuk İnan. The negotiations are ongoing and a deal may be reached soon.
