Parma won the Italian Cup in 1992, beating Juventus 2-0 in the final with the goals of the unforgettable Melli and the “mayor” Osio. The following season, the team won its first European trophy: the Cup Winners' Cup, winning 3-1 against Anversa at Wembley.
