Parma, in its new Sports Area setup for 26/27, features the new addition of Crovari: he will be the Football Pathway Manager. Parma Calcio 1913 has announced the new entries in its organizational chart, with the Sports Director role entrusted to Alessandro Pettinà. Massimiliano Notari has been confirmed as Head of Scouting, while Mattia Notari remains in charge of the men's youth sector. The structure is completed by Federico Crovari, who takes on the role of Football Pathway Manager. CEO Federico Cherubini commented on the definition of this new setup, highlighting the importance of continuity and growth of the sports project. The new structure will report directly to CEO Cherubini. Parma has also confirmed Marco Zwingauer as Head of Women’s Football. The 2026/27 season is therefore expected to be very interesting for Parma, with a renewed team and an ambitious sports project. Parma fans can be optimistic about the club's prospects.
